Liquor Store Clerk

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability. We are seeking a candidate this available to work Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays. Candidates must be at least 21 years/old to apply and must have a reliable form of transportation. Responsibilities Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked Participate in stocking shelves in the cooler. Participates in the freight flow process including truck unloading, stocking, merchandise presentation and recovery. Removes boxes and places them on shelves as well as opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelves Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Maintains appearance of the store's interior and exterior to company standards including light maintenance duties and cleaning. Performs other tasks as assigned by Store Leadership, such as cart retrieval and safety-related tasks. Other duties assigned; Skills Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Basic math skills Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts High school degree preferred but not required Such physical requirements include but not limited to: Standing/working on your feet for long periods of time. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Physical ability to work in cold temperatures of 40 degrees Fahrenheit up to 30 minute increments

• Saturday starting around 3:00pm
• 10:30pm Sunday starting around 3:00 pm
• 8:30 pm
