Role Description This is a full-time position located in Irvine, CA. The Litigation Defense Associate will be responsible for drafting motions, conducting research, preparing for and attending court hearings, depositions, and mediations and trials. We have an active trial calendar, and we are seeking the sharp and energetic attorney who thirsts for the experience they cannot obtain in a big firm. The role will also involve working closely with our public agency clients to provide effective legal services. We would love someone with prior experience working with cities and counties. We are willing to train the right person who shows a particular interest in municipal defense litigation. Qualifications Licensed to Practice Law in California
