This is a full-time, onsite position supporting attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day litigation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file court documents, including electronic filings Draft letters, memos, and routine legal documents Organize case files and manage deadlines Handle scheduling, calls, and meetings for attorneys Interact with court staff, clients, and legal teams professionally Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information Transcribe dictation and process incoming/outgoing mail Track reimbursements and submit payment requests

What We're Looking For:
