• Full-time McDonnell & Associates is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to work in our Cherry Hill, New Jersey location for a partner handling complex matters in the practice areas of premise liability, premises security, commercial litigation, and commercial transportation.

McDonnell & Associates offers a collegial family-friendly working environment. Position involves working closely with a single partner to prepare defenses to both the liability and damages aspects of each case. Candidates should have experience handling medical subpoenas and drafting medical chronologies. Candidates should also be familiar with New Jersey Rules of Civil Procedure. Candidates should be able to work independently to complete their tasks. Position involves significant interaction with adversaries, clients and the courts.
