$44,000 base + $7,000-$8,000 bonus potential About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support a growing practice in Dalton, GA. This role focuses primarily on personal injury cases, with some exposure to business litigation. You'll play a key role in managing post-litigation processes, drafting legal documents, and keeping cases moving efficiently.What You'll Do Case Management:
Oversee post-litigation workflows for ~30 active cases, primarily personal injuryDocument Drafting:
Prepare and file complaints, answers, discovery requests, interrogatories, and demand lettersClient Communication:
Provide regular updates to clients and coordinate scheduling with professionalismFile Organization:
Maintain and track all case materials including medical records, police reports, and agreementsAttorney Support:
Assist with deadlines, brief preparation, and prioritization of case tasksTechnology Use:
Utilize tools like EvenUp and AI-assisted drafting to improve efficiencyTeam Collaboration:
Work closely with attorneys and staff; occasionally assist with intake processesWhat We're Looking For Experience:
2-3+ years in personal injury litigation with the ability to manage cases independentlyDrafting Skills:
Strong experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and standard litigation documentsCommunication:
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detailOrganization:
Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesTeam-Oriented:
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team membersTech-Savvy:
