  • Los Angeles) About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic legal team supporting complex litigation matters from start to finish.
This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll partner closely with attorneys, influence case strategy, and play a critical role in trial preparation and execution. What You'll Do End-to-End Litigation Support Manage all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial and appeals Draft, review, and organize discovery, including requests, responses, and document productions Prepare pleadings, motions, filings, and supporting exhibits for state and federal court Coordinate deposition prep, including key documents and exhibits Support post-trial motions and appellate filings Case & Document Management Organize and analyze large volumes of documents using litigation tools (e.g., Relativity or similar platforms) Track deadlines, manage case workflows, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and vendors to support case strategy and execution Trial & Hearing Support Prepare trial materials including binders, exhibits, and witness files Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support during hearings and trials Assist with electronic presentations and trial technology Team Collaboration & Leadership Partner with attorneys and cross-functional teams to keep cases moving forward Mentor or guide junior team members when needed Identify ways to improve processes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness What You Bring 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience Strong knowledge of litigation processes, filings, and court procedures Experience managing complex cases and multiple deadlines simultaneously Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and writing skills Confidence working independently while staying highly collaborative Comfort with legal technology and document management tools Professionalism, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset Nice to Have Experience with regulatory, environmental, or public records-related litigation Trial and appellate support experience Familiarity with advanced eDiscovery tools The Ideal Candidate You'll excel in this role if you: Anticipate needs before they're asked and take initiative without waiting for direction Enjoy being the go-to problem solver on complex cases Can confidently juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines Bring a client-service mindset and strong communication skills Are tech-savvy and open to leveraging tools to work smarter Take pride in producing high-quality, detail-oriented work Thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
