• $55,000 base salary per year + up to $5,000/year bonus if performance metrics are met.

Overview:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of product quality, and driving overall profitability. This role involves managing staff, financials, inventory, and adhering to Little Caesars' operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Supervise daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. Oversee staff performance and productivity to meet restaurant goals.

Customer Service:

Ensure that all customer orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner according to Little Caesars' Customer Service Standards and procedures. Address customer concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience and resolving issues as they arise.

Product Quality:

Prepare and maintain high-quality products by following Little Caesars' recipes, specifications, and procedures. Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.

Compliance and Standards:

Maintain and uphold Little Caesars' policies, procedures, and standards for conduct, including cleanliness and safety. Ensure compliance with local health department regulations.

Cash Management:

Oversee cash handling, perform cash management responsibilities, and ensure adherence to safety and security procedures.

Staff Development:

Provide direction and feedback to staff, coach and counsel team members, and ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are performed according to company standards.

Cost Control:

Manage inventory, labor, and utility costs.

Administrative Duties:

Complete daily paperwork accurately, handle unexpected occurrences appropriately, and follow procedures for opening and closing the restaurant.

Training and Development:

Lead training initiatives for new and existing staff members, ensuring that all employees are well-versed in Little Caesars' operational standards and practices.

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Authorization:

Authorized to work in the United States.

Attributes:

Detail-oriented, dependable, hardworking, and capable of performing under high volume conditions.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar environment.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations effectively.

Physical Ability:

Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds, stand for long periods, reach and move items from various heights, and handle equipment safely.
