As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those in need by assisting with daily activities, monitoring health conditions, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health status by taking vital signs, observing behavior, and reporting changes promptly Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Administer medications following care plans and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy Support residents with memory care needs such as Alzheimer's and dementia through engagement and supervision Operate medical equipment like Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs safely during transfers and mobility assistance Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry Document care activities accurately in accordance with facility procedures and state regulations Skills Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments Knowledge of patient observation techniques, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, patient privacy standards, and documentation practices Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and assisting with mobility aids such as Hoyer lifts Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory-related conditions like Alzheimer's or dementia Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and basic nursing skills are highly desirable Compassionate attitude combined with patience and excellent caregiving instincts Join us to provide compassionate support that truly makes a difference!
