Responsibilities Safely handle and move livestock using appropriate animal handling techniques and equipment Assist with feeding, watering, and health monitoring of animals to promote optimal well-being Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, tractors, and other farm equipment to support daily operations Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on farm machinery,FENCES, tools, and equipment and equipment repair tasks Maintain a clean and safe environment by managing waste disposal Requirements Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery, power tools, hand tools,and equipment repair Strong animal husbandry skills with experience in animal care and handling techniques Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, tractors Physical ability for heavy lifting, prolonged standing or walking, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions Knowledge of
