Previous experience in a lumber yard, sawmill, logging operation, or heavy equipment operation preferred Ability to visually assess wood quality and make quick, accurate decisions Experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment strongly preferred Basic math and measurement skills Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain, noise) Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physically demanding work Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment Why This Role?
