Loan Officer

Connect Community Bank is hiring a Loan Officer in Raymond, WA. This is an onsite position. We pay 100% of employee medical, dental, vision, life insurance and long-term disability insurance. The Loan Officer serves as the primary lending officer for consumer and mortgage loans, meeting with customers, reviewing applications and other documents and preparing loan documents, correspondence and reporting. We are a portfolio lender and do not sell loans on the secondary market. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to perform calculations, strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks and the ability to follow tasks through to completion. Ability to use MS Office and standard office equipment.

Education and Experience:

High School degree or equivalent. 3-5 years of work experience, experience in banking or lending preferred. Experience with Finastra a plus. Criminal and credit background check required. Willingness to travel to other locations as needed. Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under the Bank's automotive policy.
