Loan Specialist

Overview:

Loan Specialist are responsible for assisting lenders in overall loan application, underwriting, closing and post-closing process for consumer, ag, and commercial loans.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Liaison with Borrower, Loan Officer, Loan Processor and third parties in coordinating receipt and review of required documents to expedite the closing process Assist customers in person, by phone, email and chat with loan account questions, appointment scheduling, transfers, etc. Assist Lender with basic underwriting and ensures loan package adheres to various compliance regulations, loan policy and procedures

Education & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent Customer Service oriented Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and third party vendors

Full-time Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
