Responsibilities:
Maintain overall cleanliness of lobby and public areas, including restrooms, pool, and exercise room. Replenish supplies and remove trash as needed throughout guest and associate spaces. Assist with laundry support and delivery of guest amenities such as cribs and roll-away beds. Communicate suite status changes with the Front Desk and courteously respond to guest requests. Support pool and spa upkeep in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and assist with lifting or moving supplies. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Commitment to guest service and safety standards.
