36 hours/week Pay rate: $20.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions Provide support to nursing staff with routine and urgent patient care tasks Ensure patient comfort, safety, and hygiene at all times Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:
