SUMMARY:

The local delivery driver will be responsible for visiting our customers' businesses and residences to perform delivery work on our quality sheds, buildings, carports and gazebos.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for completing general installation of storage sheds, structures and buildings. Using a variety of hand and power tools Focused on product quality. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing stress and keeping professional composure. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday-Thursday (As needed Fridays). This position requires long hours as needed to meet company production and client needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience using hand and power tools. Must be able to read a tape measurer. Fluent in English 24-foot bumper pull experience required

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Safety- and Teamwork Oriented. Must have a CDL license Good Verbal communication skills and maintain presentable and professional composure Focused on product quality. Demonstrate high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws Strong written communication to handle deliveries paperwork and records Current valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Employees are frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. This position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include heat, cold, humidity and exposure to dust.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to lift heavy and carry up to 50 pounds. Pull, push or carry objects, climb and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. This position requires good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to quickly move arms and legs. Must have excellent stamina. Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor. Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
