Local Same-day delivery driver J & R Xpress Couriers is hiring locally for self driven and reliable people. This family owned and operated business has been in business for 29 years, and we need more employees to add to our team as we grow. The Delivery Driver will be needed every day so

RELIABILITY IS A MUST.

You will be given a company vehicle to take home each night so you don't have to use your own car and gas to and from work. We will either set up an in person interview in Layton, UT or a video conference interview via Zoom so you don't have to drive down to Layton, where our office is located. Some responsibilities and requirements are as follows: Work M-F starting at 8 AM with some on call after hours. Load, transport and deliver items to clients or business Safe and mindful handling of all items Review orders before and after delivery to ensure all orders are complete 1+ years experience as Delivery Driver Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Reliable and consistent attendance is a must Valid drivers license Pay increases available based on reliability and performance. Compensation dependent on experience. This position is for 40+ hours per week. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour or DOE.
