Duties Design and assemble fresh floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, gardening supplies, and related merchandise with enthusiasm and expert advice Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower display area, stock shelves, and ensure attractive merchandising of products Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about floral care, horticulture tips, and product availability Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and manage cash handling responsibilities Support plant care routines including watering, pruning, and general landscape maintenance within the store or garden areas Participate in inventory management by stocking new products, conducting stock checks, and updating signage as needed Requirements Proven experience or strong interest in floral design, gardening, or horticulture; familiarity with landscape maintenance is a plus Knowledge of floral design techniques, plant care practices, and landscape maintenance principles Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a valuable asset for serving diverse customers Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness efficiently Experience with retail sales operations including POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and retail math Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting plants or supplies, standing for extended periods, and performing routine gardening duties Join us to cultivate beauty in every bouquet and garden space!
