• Vendor and team communication including data entry, coordinating with suppliers, and resolving inquiries from cross-functional teams
• Ensure that all billing associated with the Inventory supply chain is accurate, validated and ready for processing
• Assembling, addressing, stamping and arranging for the shipment of merchandise and materials
• Assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups to and from production locations
• Keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of company is required Physical / Environmental Demands
• Requires standing, sitting, and walking for prolonged periods of time.
• Typically work is in an office environment where the noise level is low to moderate.
• Occasionally work in an environment where the noise level is loud.
• Occasionally assist in loading and unloading shipments.
• Occasionally exposed to extreme cold or hot weather Basic Qualifications
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work overtime as required
• Able to read and take direction in English
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds
• Ability to work in an environment that operates 24/7 with an ability to participate in primary responder rotation and provide after-hours support as needed
• Working in cramped and/or elevated and/or noisy environments
• Bending, lifting, stretching, reaching, standing and walking for up to 8+ hours a day
• Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation
• Regularly walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Coordinate body movements when using tools or equipment
• Reach and stretch to position equipment and fixtures while maintaining balance
• Perform physical tasks all day without becoming overly tired
• Push or pull heavy objects into position

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $17.23 - $17.23/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
