Logistics Analyst Legrand AV, Inc. parental leave, paid time off, 401(k) United States, Ohio, Union May 19, 2026 Logistics Analyst Location US-OH-Union # Positions 1 Category Logistics / Transportation Position Description At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Project Analyst to join our team in Union, Ohio. This role serves as a key analytical and project management resource-leveraging data to identify cost savings, optimize operations, and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business insight to transform data into actionable strategies that enhance logistics performance, reduce waste, and improve overall process efficiency. Major Job Duties
  • Lead data-driven projects to identify, quantify, and deliver cost savings, productivity gains, and process improvement opportunities across logistics operations.
  • Develop, manage, and deliver productivity projects from conception through implementation, defining scope, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Extract and analyze data from WMS, LMS, and ERP systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in inventory accuracy, throughput, and resource utilization.
  • Create automated dashboards and analytical tools to monitor key performance metrics such as cost per unit shipped, order accuracy, inventory movements, internal and external customer-facing quality.
  • Partner with operations leaders and engineers to design, implement, and sustain process changes based on quantitative analysis, simulation modeling, and predictive insights.
  • Support technology implementations and system enhancements by gathering requirements, testing functionality, and validating business impact.
  • Develop business cases and present findings to management with clear ROI projections and data-supported recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between process improvement initiatives and corporate strategy.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by developing repeatable reporting frameworks, identifying root causes of inefficiencies, and tracking corrective action results.
  • Ensure that all system configurations and data management practices align with corporate policies and compliance requirements.
  • Own idea generation programs interfacing daily with the warehouse teams.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Computer Science (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, operations management, or logistics process improvement.
  • Proven success leading or supporting cross-functional projects that delivered measurable efficiency or cost savings.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, VBA, Power BI) and experience with
ERP/WMS/LMS
systems (AS400 experience preferred).

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Strong background in data modeling, statistical analysis, and process mapping.
  • Experience developing automated reports and dashboards for ongoing performance tracking.
  • Skilled in project management-able to scope, plan, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings, influence decisions, and engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of driving projects to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration, build trust, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Occasional travel required (negligible).
