As a Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for picking components, assembling production kits, and supporting inventory accuracy to ensure efficient material flow throughout the facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent Excellent attendance record required Minimum of 12 months without a written warning or higher disciplinary action Ability to read and comprehend work instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn and identify parts for inventory transactions Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds Ability to stand and walk frequently, and bend or stoop occasionally Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment Willingness to cross-train in other logistics functions as needed What You'll Do as a

Logistics Associate:

Read and interpret work orders to identify required components and quantities Pick parts from inventory locations and assemble kits accurately Ensure components are placed on the correct carts for designated production lines Verify kit accuracy to ensure quality control standards are met Package, label, and stage kits for delivery to production areas Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP Follow safety procedures, established processes, and 5S standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace Collaborate with logistics team members to support efficient material flow Assist with additional logistics functions as needed MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
