Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator plays an important role in supporting efficient supply chain and fulfillment operations by coordinating shipments, tracking inventory movement, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers, partners, and distribution channels. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, coordinating multiple moving parts, and contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, warehouses, vendors, and fulfillment partners Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays, discrepancies, or logistics issues Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and logistics records within company systems Prepare shipping documentation, purchase orders, invoices, and tracking reports as needed Monitor inventory movement and assist with inventory reconciliation and stock management Coordinate with internal departments including operations, customer service, sales, and procurement to support fulfillment needs Communicate shipment updates and logistics information clearly to vendors and internal stakeholders Assist with vendor management and freight cost tracking to support operational efficiency Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, company procedures, and documentation standards Support process improvement initiatives related to shipping, inventory, and logistics operations Maintain organized records and reports related to logistics activities and performance metrics Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or related field preferred 1-3 years of logistics, shipping, warehouse, or supply chain coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping or inventory management systems Ability to manage deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy What We're Looking For At Pusheen Corp., we value team members who: Take pride in organization, accuracy, and reliability Thrive in collaborative and creative work environments Communicate clearly and proactively Bring positive energy and a solution-oriented mindset Are passionate about supporting exceptional customer experiences through operational excellence

Pay:

$26.28 - $31.65 per hour
