Description:

Responsibilities Driver/broker management planning of essentially a 24/7 shipping operation Order entry for customer loads Secure new brokers/haulers to diversify our network for both profit & reliability Proactively help identify ways to help lower our costs and be more efficient Fuel Island responsibilities-Key fobs, assigning cards, monitoring fuel costs & usage Discipline

• manage drivers and brokers as issues arise, including write-up's & terminations. Daily Tasks Daily load planning via internal truckers & brokers for pneumatics and flatbeds Repair management
• orders, approval & tracking for tractors & tanks parts/services Manage timely deliveries to customers along with regular updates/communication Reporting
• continuity of current reports (tonnage, rates, etc.

) while also helping to identify other critical KPI's Approval of all invoices related to trucking business Coordination with customers, internal customer service and internal operations

Software Management:

OmniTracs

• Tractor GPS monitoring GeoTab
• Trailer GPS monitoring McLeod
• Dispatch/load planning management for pneumatics & flatbeds via internal drivers/tractors & brokerage APEX
• Cross-trained on internal billing/ordering system Excel Skills
• Must have ability to analyze data for efficiencies/profitability opportunities

Requirements:

7+ years of experience dispatching Commodity product delivery experience preferred Associate degree preferred Bi-lingual preferred Team-player, great attitude, problem-solver, multi-task, accurate communication, sense of urgency, customer-centric
