Job Description

We are seeking a energetic, self motivated organized individual to coordinated incoming and outgoing loads. We are a rapid growing food manufacturer. The following are tasks the position involves. Experience appreciated
  • Training provided.
  • Phone Communications with incoming logistics teams scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinating with the Loading dock on incoming and out going loads.
  • Provide daily schedule to Shipping & Receiving department on products to pull from inventory.
  • Coordinate with sales on customer shipping issues.
  • Organize weekly schedules of trucks and appointments.
  • Organize paperwork
  • Schedule appointments for both trucking companies and Distributions centers.
  • Communication with drivers
  • Communication with production scheduling to coordinated delivers.
  • Assist Chef in Sample shipping
  • Creation of Shipping orders in software
