Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will orchestrate the seamless movement of goods, manage warehouse distribution activities, manage inventory and optimize transportation planning. Your expertise will ensure efficient procurement, inventory control, and vendor management, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain. Duties Coordinate and oversee warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and materials handling to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy Manage transportation logistics Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and 3PL providers to negotiate contracts, pricing, and service levels that maximize value Lead procurement activities including sourcing, category management, and purchasing to secure quality materials at competitive prices Supervise warehouse management system operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management with a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes Knowledge of transportation planning, freight management and shipping & receiving procedures Mechanical knowledge or mechanical aptitude related to materials handling equipment such as forklifts is preferred Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement continuous process improvements within complex supply chain environments Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments including procurement, production planning, and logistics teams Join us as a Logistics Coordinator if you're passionate about streamlining supply chains, optimizing logistics operations, and making a tangible impact on our company's success. Pay:

$25.01 - $30.12 per hour
