Job Description
Our client, a leader in healthcare logistics and distribution, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Project Manager to join their team. As a Field Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse efficiency and process optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

No travel to other sites Skills Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline is preferred; OR no degree with 10+ years of warehouse/logistics/manufacturing experience Prefers a Senior Engineer background with project management skillset secondary Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Logistics Engineer would be ideal titles NextView is preferred; will accept experience with other LMS platforms Requirement to have physically worked in warehouse or manufacturing environments Strong data analysis skills in SQL or Excel. Power BI is a bonus. 20% of time spent on data analysis XYZ mappings done in AutoCAD; once a month or quarter of layout changes Interview Process 1 st round with HM 2 nd round with Facility Manager and CI Director What's the Job? Provide technical leadership for designing, validating, and deploying engineered labor standards and labor management systems at the distribution center. Conduct detailed time studies and improve labor standards for core warehouse functions using statistical sampling methodologies. Configure and maintain LMS standards, validate system logic, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure operational accuracy. Analyze productivity data, identify performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven techniques. Support the implementation of performance-based incentive programs and deliver training on labor standards and LMS functionalities. What's Needed? 7-10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics engineering, industrial engineering, or labor standards. Proven experience leading large-scale productivity improvement projects in a warehouse or logistics environment. Proficiency with Tier 1 LMS systems, preferably NextView, and experience implementing incentive-based compensation programs. Strong knowledge of LEAN principles and process optimization techniques. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively across various levels of the organization. What's in it for me?
