Job Description
The Manager of Logistics Data Analytics & Systems leads a tiger team to design, optimize, and scale Honeywell Aerospace's Logistics data analytics and systems roadmap, robust program governance, and data-driven decision-making. This role owns the design and execution for enterprise logistics systems (ERP/WMS/TMS) and analytics capabilities that improve service, reduce cost, and enhance resilience across global Honeywell Aerospace Logistics. You will partner closely with Logistics stakeholders (Operations and Purchasing) as well as with IT, Integrated Supply Chain and Finance to deploy future-ready solutions, including WMS/TMS advancements, analytics/automation, and process standardization while ensuring compliance and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership
- + Support the multi-year strategy and roadmap for logistics data analytics and systems in alignment with Honeywell Aerospace global supply chain strategy and business objectives.
- Systems & Integration (ERP/WMS/TMS and Adjacent Tech)
- + Own the roadmap for the implementation, enhancement, and integration of ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms; ensure scalability, interoperability, and robust change management.
- Data, Analytics & Insights
- + Own the roadmap for the data & analytics strategy for logistics—architect data models and pipelines in partnership with IT; ensure data quality, lineage, and governance.
- Compliance, Risk, and Security
- + Develop data architecture and system changes to ensure compliance with U.S. export control laws, trade compliance, data privacy, SOX (as applicable), and hazardous materials handling requirements. + Proactively identify and mitigate operational, cyber, and regulatory risks across engineering, systems, and analytics programs.
- You Must Have
- + Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Data Science or related technical discipline.

- + Master's degree (MBA, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field).
