Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:

Provide premier customer service to internal and external customers Ship domestic flight (ltl, tl, air, etc.) Prepare bills of lading, airship bills, and all other required documentation Invoice customer and warehouse shipments Prepare export expedites Verify packing slips Prepare shipping memos Prepare shipment tracking May have to provide international shipment tracking Navigate Customer portals and Precision Shipping system Communicate to Drivers and Dispatch for shipment bookings and pickups/deliveries Hours are 8:00am

• 4:00PM Secondary Responsibilities (non-primary job functions): Perform typing and filing Maintain proof of deliveries Review In transit Reporting for Discrepancies Transmit ASN's Transfilling Investigate shortage requests and credit submissions Perform E-Wix preparation Any other similar or associated duties necessary to accomplish job objectives, or as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
