Role:

We are seeking motivated Logistics Specialists to support site-level logistics operations at a large-scale data center campus in Eastern Oregon. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will be responsible for the accurate movement, tracking, and management of inventory across a high-priority facility. You will often work independently on-site, making reliability, communication, and self-direction critical to your success. What You'll Do Receive and process inbound deliveries, including ingestion into the inventory management system Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy across the facility Support break-fix operations by ensuring parts and materials are available and accounted for Collaborate with partner teams to prioritize and fulfill time-sensitive requests Operate within tight SLA windows — responsiveness and follow-through are essential Communicate proactively with your leadership team regarding shift coverage, priorities, and any operational issues What We're Looking For Strong communicator — written and verbal Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to adapt and reprioritize as operational needs shift Reliable attendance and commitment to your scheduled shift Team player with a high level of integrity and accountability Preferred Background Warehouse or distribution center experience Inventory management or cycle counting experience Food manufacturing or production environment experience Familiarity with inventory management systems a plus Data center or logistics experience a plus but not required — we will train the right person Shift Options Morning Shift Afternoon Shift (overlapping coverage) Night/Overnight Shift Candidates must be open to working weekends and holidays based on operational needs.
