Job Description

Job description Position Overview The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for the Chicago branch warehouse and delivery activities and acts as the primary liaison with third-party logistics carriers as required. Responsible for influencing company customer satisfaction, returns & allowances, inventory levels and turns, scrap rates, and error rates. This position is a key driver for delivering world class customer experience by managing and improving our ability to complete and timely delivery, by driving strong customer orientation on the warehouse and logistics side of the business. This is a full-time in-person position that will work at the Geneva, IL branch office Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PM. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
