Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Logistics Team Member at Nisus Corporation supports the efficient flow of materials and finished goods across the operation. This role coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, maintains accurate inventory records, and ensures timely delivery of materials to meet production and customer demands. The position requires a dependable, organized, and safety-minded individual who can work both independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively across departments, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

Learn and abide by Nisus safety policies. Accurately pull customer orders and prepare for shipping. (Ship methods include truckload, less than truckload, and small pack.) Process orders in ERP system. Create domestic and international shipping documents. Enter small pack shipments into UPS Worldship. Safely and efficiently load/unload trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks. Verify contents of inbound materials Receive inbound materials into ERP system. Perform monthly audits on all finished goods inventory levels. Communicate and coordinate with team members as well as other departments to ensure maximum efficiency. Maintain clean and organized workspace. Stay current on all required trainings.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to learn and effectively use internal systems and tools, including ERP software, UPS WorldShip, and various customer portals. Ability to multitask. Ability to problem solve. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently collaboratively . Willingness to complete required trainings and obtain relevant certifications. Previous logistics and/or manufacturing experience (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to occasionally crouch, climb stairs, or use ladders. Ability to lift 50 Lbs consistently throughout the day. Ability to work in warehouse and production environments.

General Requirements:

Ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack with precision. Must be willing to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment. In Logistics that means safety toed, non-slip shoes and safety glasses. Flexibility to occasionally start your shift early and/or stay late when necessary. Without advanced approval from your direct supervisor, you must be present on the last and first business day of every month. Must have reliable transportation.
