Duties Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and filter cleaning to ensure optimal water quality. Conduct thorough pool cleaning using hand tools and power tools to remove debris and maintain a pristine appearance. Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators; identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Troubleshoot mechanical problems with pool systems and execute repairs efficiently using appropriate equipment repair techniques. Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, and maintenance schedules to ensure accurate documentation. Respond promptly to service requests, diagnose issues on-site, and provide professional solutions to keep pools in top condition. Adhere to safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various pool equipment components. Experience with pool maintenance tasks such as chemical balancing, water testing, and cleaning procedures. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment safely and effectively. Prior experience as a service technician or in a related field involving equipment repair and maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Knowledge of safety standards related to pool operations and maintenance practices. Ability to work independently while managing multiple service appointments efficiently.
