Immediately Job Description West Bridgewater Middle-Senior High School Come join an established Video Production program in a state-of-the-art television studio. West Bridgewater Middle-Senior High School is seeking a dynamic Long Term Substitute candidate to teach Video Production courses in grades 7-12. Students in the program produce individual and collaborative work across a range of formats, including PSA's, commercials, broadcast news and sports, live programming, documentaries, music videos, and short-form film, just to name a few. We have students that continue their studies in college, majoring in video production, film, and media studies. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging, project-based lessons in video production and media creation With support, create and document thoughtful lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals Teach the full production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production Support students in developing professional skills through hands-on and work-based learning experiences Coordinate the scheduling of student productions for school and community broadcast, including collaboration with WB-CAM Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress Maintain a structured, supportive, and positive classroom environment Manage multiple student projects across varying skill levels and interests
