In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and diners, providing excellent guest relations and coordinating seating arrangements with efficiency and warmth. Your positive attitude and strong communication skills will help foster a memorable experience for every guest. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and comfort Manage reservations and waitlists using our POS systems - Toast and Opentable Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about services and wait times Maintain a clean, organized host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate guest seating and service flow Address guest questions or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and positive relations Skills Previous host/hostess experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast and Open Table is preferred but not required Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations best practices Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional phone etiquette and hospitality skills to enhance guest interactions Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
