The Perm RN Float Pool position is a dynamic and versatile role that requires the nurse to be able to adapt to various units within the hospital. The Float Pool nurse must possess excellent clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and flexibility to provide high-quality patient care across different departments.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide direct patient care in a variety of settings, including med-surg, telemetry, ICU, and emergency departments Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition Educate patients and family members on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications and Skills:
