Job Description

John Jones Police Pursuit Vehicles is seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant to support the daily operations of our dealership. This position is responsible for maintaining vehicle organization, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the lot while assisting multiple departments as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining a professional dealership appearance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the lot Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly parked Move vehicles safely between departments and dealership locations Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer vehicle preparation Install dealer tags, stock numbers, and window stickers as needed Monitor lot appearance and keep parking areas clean and organized Perform basic vehicle inspections for damage or low fuel levels Assist sales and service departments with vehicle transportation needs Shuttle vehicles to and from auctions, vendors, or detail departments when required Maintain dealership grounds, including trash removal and lot cleanliness Follow all company safety procedures and driving policies Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests Qualifications Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality required Prior dealership experience preferred, but not required
