Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities while providing exceptional guest services. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a positive experience for all customers. Duties Greet customers as they arrive and assist with parking their vehicles, including valet parking when necessary. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and surrounding areas. Safely operate vehicles, including manual transmission cars, while adhering to all traffic regulations. Assist in managing vehicle flow during peak times to ensure efficient service. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience and operational efficiency. Perform regular inspections of the lot to ensure safety and security of all vehicles. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver is beneficial. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in a friendly manner. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
