• Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by conducting regular inspections, performing repairs, and addressing maintenance issues promptly.

• Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, welding, and fabricating to upkeep the facility.
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants to address any issues efficiently.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintain accurate records.
• Supervise external contractors when necessary to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in welding, fabrication, and residential painting techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise maintenance staff effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English,
• Able to understand written and verbal instruction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
