Lot Porter

Overview We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Lot Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the dealership's parking lot, assisting with vehicle movement, exterior cleaning of units and providing excellent guest services. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. Prior experience in dealership operations, hospitality, or delivery driving is a plus. Bilingual abilities and familiarity with retail math and cash handling are also advantageous. The position requires a valid driver's license with manual transmission experience and knowledge of parking regulations. Responsibilities Safely move and park coaches within the dealership lot, ensuring proper placement and organization Assist guests with vehicle retrieval and provide friendly guest services upon arrival and departure Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking area, including removing debris and managing signage Support dealership staff with vehicle deliveries and pickups as needed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements. Ensure compliance with all safety policies and parking regulations. Skills Guest services experience with a friendly, professional demeanor Strong hospitality skills to enhance guest satisfaction Valid driver's license. Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management Dealership experience or background as a delivery driver is advantageous Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
