Lot Registration Attendant

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lot Registration Agent to join our team at a heavy equipment auction site. This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, including climbing on machinery, tagging equipment, and entering accurate data into our systems. Duties Register and tag incoming heavy equipment for auction Assign lot numbers and ensure accurate documentation Inspect machines and verify serial numbers, VINs, and key identifiers Climb on and around large equipment to gather information and take photos Enter data into inventory systems with precision Maintain organized records and tracking systems Collaborate with yard and auction staff to ensure smooth lot flow Assist with customer inquiries related to lot registration Experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to safely climb on heavy machinery Basic computer skills (data entry, photo uploads, inventory software) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Previous experience in equipment, logistics, or auction environments preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing Comfortable working around large, moving equipment

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend or auction-day hours)
