(Dog Daycare Coach & Customer Service Specialist) Full-time Daytime 8-Hour Shifts

PLAYCARE & LODGING COACH

(Starts at $12.00 + TIPS) No experience necessary

The PlayCare & Lodging Coach is responsible for supervising play in our busy doggy daycare program as well as caring for the pets who are lodging overnight. Much of the job involves monitoring play while being aware of various play styles and ensuring that all dogs are safe, stress-free and having fun. Coaches do not simply "watch" dogs. This is an active and rewarding job. Other duties may be assigned. We are seeking team members who are very personable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. If you like to be on the move most of your day and working with some of the best dogs in the tri-state area, this may be a good fit for you! Of course, a love for dogs (and sometimes cats) is an absolute must! Summary of some of the job requirements: Understand dog behavior and communication Demonstrate and ensure safety always Follow the curriculum of Play Yard activities Ensure the dogs in the PlayCare are always active, having fun and/or learning Distribute food, water and medications as requested by owners and management Clean up and dispose of all pet waste immediately Always keep the PlayCare department neat and clean

CUSTOMER SERVICE & RETAIL SPECIALIST

(Starts at $12.00 + TIPS) The Customer Service & Retail Specialist is responsible for being the first person customers come in contact with when visiting or calling our business. Answering the phone, greeting customers, scheduling appointments and other data-related information will be the primary responsibilities. It is expected that the successful candidate become familiar with the products that we sell and help our customers to find the products that will help them in living harmoniously with or spoiling their pet (let's face it....spoiling pets is so much fun!!!) He or she will be expected to help maintain a clean department and anywhere else, if needed. Other duties may be assigned. We are seeking team members who are very personable, outgoing (in a professional way) and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. If you like to be on the move most of your day (walking from department to department), and working with the best customers in the tri-state area, this may be a good fit for you! Of course, a love for dogs (and sometimes cats) is an absolute must! Summary of some of the job requirements: Greet customers with friendly professionalism

Showing up to work is an absolute must. The job is very rewarding, but there are times in which some not-so-pleasant duties may need to be completed. This is not "just a job".
