  • Full-time Job Overview ElectroMedia is seeking a Cable Installer to support telecommunications projects of varying size and complexity.
In this role, you will work closely with Project Leads on larger installations, learn and apply BICSI standards, and develop professional installation practices to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to industry standards. What You Bring Strong communication and active listening skills A self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic Passion for building a career in the technology industry High attention to detail and strong organizational skills A proven track record of motivation and goal achievement Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Adaptability and a confident, professional presence What You Will Do Meet or exceed project timeline goals Communicate effectively with Project Managers and General Contractors Pull, install, and terminate Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 6a, and fiber cabling Install cabling, access points, cameras, and card access systems using ladders or lifts Travel out of town as needed for project installations Work directly with Project Managers to complete projects efficiently Continuously enhance technical skills and industry knowledge Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve project challenges Stay current on products, technologies, and industry standards Occasionally work second shift or out-of-town assignments This Role Is Ideal for Someone Who Is Dependable and reliable People-oriented and enjoys working with teams Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities Detail-oriented and quality-focused Independent and able to work with minimal supervision Innovative and open to creative problem-solving Education & Experience High school diploma preferred BICSI or Panduit certification is a plus, but not required
