Product Management Director The Woodland, TX, United States | req28597 The Liquid Oxygen and Liquid Nitrogen (LOX/LIN) Product Manager leads the profitability and growth of the LOX/LIN product line by collaborating with sales, business development, and operations teams. This role involves analyzing market trends, managing capacity expansion projects, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring reliable product supply to meet customer needs. The position requires strategic leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to work independently while fostering cross-functional partnerships. What you will enjoy doing• Drive product line profitability by collaborating with regional sales, business development, and leadership teams Manage product availability, identify capacity expansion opportunities, and work with operations and logistics to minimize total supply costs Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and enhance profitability Lead cross-functional teams to develop strategies, action plans, and tools to grow the LOX/LIN business and implement pricing strategies Conduct in-depth assessments of customer application needs, provide modeling, and support demonstrations to showcase product value Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders including sales, research and development, marketing, and customer service Support sales and business development efforts through lead generation and market planning Collaborate with other product managers and regions to develop and adjust pricing strategies and recover costs where applicable Assist with sales forecasting, budget planning, and monitor revenue performance against targets Thrive in a role that values autonomy, strategic thinking, and active partnership with leadership teams What makes you great Bachelor's degree with 10 or more years of business experience Deep knowledge of the liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen marketplace and relevant product supply agreements Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to work independently and lead through influence Experience in strategy development, market planning, and business development Understanding of LOX/LIN production and distribution cost structures Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams Willingness to travel 10 to 25 percent as required Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace where diverse perspectives are valued and encouraged Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
