Days We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a clinic assignment in Roseau, Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare team focused on high-quality patient care.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of LPN experience Active LPN License Strong patient care and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment

Job Responsibilities:

Perform and document patient assessments appropriate to licensure Assist with identifying patient needs, priorities of care, and goals Provide patient care and personal care services Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately Implement nursing interventions and prescribed medical regimens Collaborate with patients, families, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams Assist with discharge planning, education, and counseling Document nursing care accurately and timely Support continuity of care and patient-centered treatment plans

Pay:

$1,700.00 - $1,930.00 per week
