LPNs •$2,500 Sign-on Bonus + Tuition Assistance Wilson Senior Care has openings for 2nd and 3rd Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in our Morrell facility. Wilson Senior Care, is an employee-owned organization that has a long history of providing quality skilled nursing care in multiple locations throughout South Carolina. Come Experience the Difference of working as an LPN for an Employee Owned Company! 12 Hour Shifts 7pm - 7am (Both Full & Part Time Positions Available) LPN's make frequent rounds to verify that appropriate nursing care (according to established policies and procedures) is provided; note any changes in a residents condition; intervene to correct any problems observed. Supervision of CNAs on your Unit. Renders skilled nursing care and services to residents. Observes and reports resident signs/symptoms and changes in condition in a timely manner to the Supervisor, MD, and Responsible Party Administers and documents medication/treatments as ordered per MD as indicated Assumes responsibility for safe administration and documentation of medications and treatments. Maintains accurate and complete records of resident condition and care/services.
