$ 30 - 33 / hour Maxim Healthcare in Toulon, IL is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) to work with a pediatric patient in their own home. + Pediatric + GTube + Monday-Friday 5:30pm-10:30pm

Maxcares Awards Program Responsibilities:

+ Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. + On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders + Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. + Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

+ Currently licensed as an

LPN / LVN

in the state in which the LPN will practice. + Current TB or Chest X-Ray. + Current BLS card. + One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
