LPN Job Description:

As a LPN/Household Nurse at Samaritan Bethany, you will: Assist residents with medications, treatments and care based on their resident-directed care plan Document services provided in electronic medical record Observe residents and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor Guides and directs work of Caregivers (CNAs) and Homemakers during assigned shift

Requirements:

Must have a MN LPN License and be active & in good standing
