Key Responsibilities:

Provide quality patient care with compassion and professionalism Administer care within LPN scope of practice Support patients with treatment and daily care needs Work closely with nurses, staff, and facility teams Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Follow infection control and facility policies Communicate clearly with staff, patients, and families

Requirements:

Valid LPN license in state of practice Candidates with 1yr prior hospital experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to a variety of care settings. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care.
