who are able to work 6am-6:30pm and 6pm-6:30am LPN ( Licensed Practical Nurse ) Pay & Perks $30.00/hour with pay increase after 90 days $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am Paid Training 401k with company match LPN ( Licensed Practical Nurse ) Qualifications Must have a clean background check, drug screen and physical Must have an Ohio driver license Must have a current and valid Ohio LPN license Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and staff LPN ( Licensed Practical Nurse ) Responsibilities Responsible for all nursing care of all residents during his/her shift Take verbal and written orders from medical personnel and transcribe, note and follow up on the orders and document the nursing notes Maintain a professional relationship with the medical professionals of the facility If you meet the above qualifications for our LPN ( Licensed Practical Nurse ) position, please apply today!
