Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. This role functions under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse and supports both dependent and independent nursing functions. Responsibilities Deliver nursing care based on individualized patient needs Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately Document care accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare team members Adhere to all facility policies and safety protocols Job Type Part-time PRN Opportunities also Available
