7:00 PM - 7:00 AM 7p-7a $1,000 SIGN-ON Position Summary Nightingale at Crossett is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated nightshift care team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about resident care, thrives in a supportive team environment, and brings strong clinical experience to a skilled nursing setting. You will play a key role in ensuring high quality care and a safe, comfortable environment for our residents during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or DON. Perform wound care, assessments, and other clinical tasks as assigned. Ensure proper documentation of all care provided. Team Collaboration Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated, person centered care. Support and guide CNAs during the shift. Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team oriented work culture. Resident Support & Customer Service Build trusting relationships with residents and families. Respond to resident needs with compassion, patience, and professionalism. Promote dignity, safety, and comfort for all residents. Compliance & Safety Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility, state, and federal guidelines. Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols. Support survey readiness and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arkansas (or ability to obtain). Previous healthcare experience required; skilled nursing/long term care preferred. Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
